控制好無縫異型鋼管鋼水過熱度，確定合適的拉速制度，防止溫度過高、拉速過快造成的坯殼過薄。盡量控制鋼中碳含量避開包晶反應(yīng)區(qū)，向上限或下限控制。根據(jù)無縫異型鋼管鋼種特性選用合適的保護(hù)渣，適當(dāng)提高結(jié)晶器保護(hù)渣黏度，提高保護(hù)渣傳熱均勻性，保護(hù)渣加入時堅持勤加少加原則。監(jiān)測振動平穩(wěn)性，保證振動橫向偏擺不大于0.2mm，縱向偏擺不大于0.4mm。
The superheat of molten steel of seamless special-shaped steel pipe should be controlled well, and the suitable drawing speed system should be determined to prevent the shell from being too thin due to excessive temperature and speed. Carbon content in steel should be controlled as far as possible to avoid peritectic reaction zone and upper or lower limits. Vibration stability is monitored to ensure that the lateral and longitudinal deviations of the vibration are not greater than 0.2 mm and 0.4 mm respectively. 為預(yù)防大面偏離角的嚴(yán)重凹陷，應(yīng)做好扇形段液壓系統(tǒng)的維護(hù)、點(diǎn)檢，防止液壓失壓或扇形段抬起。提高扇形段夾輥質(zhì)量并做好日常點(diǎn)檢，防止夾輥斷裂，偏離角部位出現(xiàn)嚴(yán)重凹陷后應(yīng)立即停機(jī)，避免損失過大。停機(jī)后處理液壓系統(tǒng)故障或更換扇形段。嚴(yán)格水口裝配，保證水口對中良好，防止偏流，保證無縫異型鋼管均勻凝固。
In order to prevent the serious depression of large deviation angle, the maintenance and spot inspection of hydraulic system in sector section should be done well to prevent hydraulic pressure loss or sector section lifting. Improving the quality of the clamp rollers in sector section and doing routine spot checks to prevent the breakage of the clamp rollers, and stopping the machine immediately after serious depression occurs in the deviation angle part, so as to avoid excessive losses. After shutdown, the hydraulic system fails or the sector section is replaced. Strict nozzle assembly ensures good nozzle alignment, prevents deviation, and ensures uniform solidification of seamless special-shaped steel tubes.
保證結(jié)晶器水縫均勻，提高結(jié)晶器材質(zhì)，防止結(jié)晶器磨損嚴(yán)重及鍍層脫落，結(jié)晶器實(shí)施弱冷冷卻，合理控制冷卻強(qiáng)度。提高扇形段順弧精度，尤其是結(jié)晶器與零段，發(fā)現(xiàn)零段夾輥彎曲嚴(yán)重及時進(jìn)行更換。適當(dāng)增加窄面足輥與鑄坯的接觸程度，防止無縫異型鋼管鼓肚，但足輥不應(yīng)調(diào)整過硬，否則可能造成拉坯阻力大。
To ensure the uniformity of the water gap in the mould, to improve the quality of the crystallizer, to prevent the serious wear of the mould and the falling off of the coating, to implement weak cooling in the mould, and to control the cooling intensity reasonably. To improve the arc alignment accuracy of sector section, especially the mould and zero section, it is found that the zero section clamp roll is seriously bent and replaced in time. The contact degree between narrow foot roll and billet should be increased properly to prevent bulging of seamless special-shaped steel pipe, but the foot roll should not be adjusted too hard, otherwise the resistance of billet drawing may be large.
